About Tiska Rugby

The club has members with a wide range of abilities, from beginner to black belt.

Children are increasingly attracted to Karate and the club has members as young as five. Current members also include families who> have trained together for many years.

In addition to normal training, students of the club also participate in association gradings, courses and competitions throughout the year. Competitions are designed for all grades and ages and provide members an opportunity to demonstrate their skills.

Karate training sessions are once a week on Sunday Morning/Afternoon.
